We apply to reserve your company name, with a cover letter explaining the name and the nature of your business.

Incorporation documents

Articles of Incorporation, Notice of Directors, Notice of Secretary and Notice of Address, filed within the two-week reservation window.

Bylaws and organisational documents

Bylaws drafted for your structure, unanimous written resolutions, the register of members and share certificates.

Beneficial ownership

Declarations of beneficial ownership, certification before a Commissioner of Affidavits, and Forms 45 and 46.

Annual returns and changes

Yearly annual returns and beneficial ownership returns, plus notices when directors, secretaries or your address change.

    Send us two or three name choices in order of preference. We apply for the first available.

  2. Incorporation

    Once the name is reserved, we prepare and file the incorporation documents.

  3. Organise the company

    Bylaws, resolutions, the register of members and share certificates are prepared for signing.

  4. Ownership filings

    Beneficial ownership declarations are certified and Forms 45 and 46 are filed.

Filing fees, clerk fees and copying are billed at cost, with receipts. For a full incorporation these are usually about TTD 1,200.

What do I need to get started?

Your preferred company names, the company’s address, and for each director and secretary: occupation, two forms of ID, a computerised birth certificate, home address and phone number.

How many directors does a company need?

We will confirm the requirements for your company type during your consultation and set it up accordingly.
