1. Scope of Services

Ascensio Consulting Group provides business registration and incorporation services, including:

Assisting with business name searches and reservations at the Ministry of Legal Affairs, Companies Registry.
Completing the registration and incorporation process with the Ministry on your behalf.
Providing general advisory services related to the registration and incorporation process.

We do not provide legal advice, and our services do not replace consultation with a licensed attorney where required by law.

2. Client Responsibilities

By submitting your information, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in the form.
Submit valid identification documents as requested.
Respond promptly to any requests for additional information needed to complete the registration and incorporation process

Failure to provide accurate information may delay the registration process, result in rejection, or additional fees.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees for services must be paid in full in advance of work being completed.
Payment confirms your agreement to these Terms and Conditions and authorizes Ascensio to submit forms and complete registration and incorporation on your behalf.
Additional fees may apply if further documentation, revisions, or additional work is required beyond the original scope.

4. Name Search and Registration Process

Ascensio will submit a formal name search request to the Ministry of Legal Affairs on your behalf.
The Ministry may request clarification or additional documentation; you agree to provide these as requested.
The name search process typically takes 2–3 business days.
Approval of the business name by the Ministry does not guarantee registration; further steps and submission of required documents are needed.
Once the name is approved, Ascensio will proceed with the incorporation and registration process.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

All personal and business information you provide will be handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Your information will only be used for the purposes of completing your business registration and related administrative communications.
Documents emailed or uploaded to us will be stored securely and not shared with third parties except as required to process your registration with the Ministry.

6. Limitations and Liability

Ascensio does not guarantee the timing or outcome of the Ministry’s review or registration process.
Ascensio is not responsible for delays, errors, or decisions made by the Ministry of Legal Affairs or any other government authority.
You acknowledge that approval of your business name does not guarantee incorporation or legal compliance; you remain responsible for ensuring all required information is accurate and complete.
Ascensio will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or profits arising from:
- Rejection of your application by the Ministry
- Delays in processing by the Ministry or other authorities
- Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you
- Technical issues or failures in the submission of forms
Ascensio’s total liability in connection with these services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Amendments

Ascensio may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via the email address provided in the form or through website notifications.
