1 / Quick Start Form

Click Get Started, tell us a few basics (your name, business name idea, contact details, preferred structure). This takes 2–3 minutes and lets us prepare the right plan for you.

2 / Free 15-Minute Launch Call

After you submit the form, we schedule a short call with a Startup Advisor to confirm your goals, suggest the best business structure (Sole Trader, Partnership, Limited Company), and outline next steps.

3 / Name Search & Structure Recommendation

We run an official name availability check with the Companies Registry and advise on the structure that best fits your tax, liability and growth goals. You’ll get a clear recommendation and a go/no-go within 1 business day.

4 / We Prepare & Review Your Documents

We draft every required form and supporting document (registration forms, owner/partner details, consent forms, etc.) and send them to you to review. You can approve and e-sign, or request edits — no confusing paperwork on your desk.

5 / Filing & Dedicated Launch Manager

Once you approve and pay, a Launch Manager is assigned within 24 hours to file your paperwork with the relevant agencies (Companies Registry, BIR, NIS support where required). We monitor progress and handle correspondence so you don’t have to.

  • Typical processing guidance: many registrations complete in 3–10 business days, depending on government agency turnaround times.

  • We offer optional expedited filing where possible.

6 / Certificate Delivery + Onboarding Kit

When registration is complete you’ll receive:

  • Your Certificate of Registration (digital + physical delivery/pickup options),

  • BIR & NIS setup guidance (and support where applicable),

  • A Start-Up Onboarding Kit: compliance checklist, basic HR templates (employment contract, offer letter, onboarding checklist), invoice template, and a short marketing checklist to get your first customers.

You’ll also get a short follow-up call within 7–14 days to answer questions and help with next steps (banking, payroll setup, first ad campaigns).
